Codrico launches its latest products at world's largest food & hospitality fair

Gulfood 2013, the world's largest annual trade show for the food and hospitality industry, has had its most successful year to date. For four days in February, 4200 exhibitors, together with 68,681 visitors from 152 countries took over the Dubai World Trade Center. Gulfood's importance on a truly global scale cannot be disputed: the fair has enjoyed substantial growth year on year, and is attracting increasing levels of participation from countries around the world. This international stage provided Codrico with a fitting moment to present our new business identity and latest product range to (potential) customers for the first time. The responses were overwhelmingly positive.

In recent years, Codrico has invested in product quality on a large scale, resulting in both the improvement of existing product ranges in application and production, as well as the creation of new products. We have spent a lot of time developing new products and testing them in different markets. Gulfood gave us the chance to introduce both our new product ranges and improved existing products to an international audience.

In addition to new contracts with existing customers, we have received orders from a substantial number of new customers. Our new product, Fresh Hummus Powder, has proved to be an international hit with visitors from all over the world. We didn't need to talk about its short preparation time and excellent fresh taste: within minutes, Codrico's R&D manager had whipped up fresh hummus for visitors to enjoy and judge for themselves! Our classic and improved product ranges are also proving to be continually in demand with our customers. These are:
