Chickpea is a pulse with proteins, starch and fibres all in the right balance. Suprex® Chickpea is pregelatinized in a special extrusion process and guarantees that more than 95 % of the starch is precooked, giving it highly digestible starches and proteins. Because of this process Suprex® Chickpea has more excellent functionalities like binding, ANF inactivated, no bitterness in taste, free flowing properties and much more.
