Suprex® Corn

Suprex® Corn is produced by a combination of extrusion and a special milling technology. It is a natural binder and an excellent stabilizer in salad and dips. Suprex® Corn obtains a good mouth feel and structure. It also helps to reduce the coloring agent in the recipe because of its natural beta-carotene content. The binding capabilities of Suprex® Corn also gives a thickening effect and swelling capability in water. Suprex® Corn also has useful functionalities like the fact that all Micro-organisms are destroyed and enzymes are inactivated resulting in microbiologically safe products, free flowing properties and much more. Suprex® Corn is used in many different snack applications, also for potato- and tapioca starch replacement.
