Suprex® Pea is a product which is pregelatinized by a special extrusion process, that guarantees more than 95 % of the starch will be pre-cooked, providing highly digestible starches and proteins. Suprex® Pea can be applicable in different kind of snacks, due its pregelatinized starch, light yellowish color, binding power etc.  Suprex® Pea is used in many different snack applications, primarily as a new and healthy alternative to corn, potato and wheat based snack products.
