Suprex® Whole Corn is a product which is pregelatinized by a special extrusion process, that guarantees more than 95 % of the starch will be precooked, providing highly digestible starches and proteins. Suprex® Whole Corn can be applicable in different kind of snacks, due its pregelatinized starch, light orange/yellowish color, binding power etc.  Suprex® Corn is used in many different snack applications, primarily as a healthy and nutritious alternative to Suprex® Corn, as it still has all fibres, minerals and vitamins present.
