Our Research and Development department plays an important role in maintaining our quality standards and our Quality Assurance.

Besides this guardianship role of improving our quality, we have a technical sales support staff that has the speciality skills, expertise and the laboratory facilities to help our customers with questions on what ingredients to use or how to use them for the best results in their specific situation.

Because of our long time experience and steady customer relations, we can also offer assistance on how to best use our ingredients in the customers' production lines. We are determined to work together with our customers to achieve the best end-product.
