Codrico uses state-of-the-art technology and our factory mills the finest, specially selected, hard flint, Non-GMO types of maize, grown in Argentina (Plate maize) and selected European areas.

Maize grits / Polenta

Two outputs of our milling process are maize grits and polenta. Since these are made of hard flint maize they are ideally suitable for production of breakfast cereals.
