Coated and battered nuts

Coated and battered nuts are delicious snacks. With our state of the art equipment a granulation as fine as 160µm is possible which is perfect for nut coating. The high-tech composition of the nut coating allows you to achieve the desired expansion during the frying process. This results in coated nuts with the right crispiness. Thanks to the high degree of pre-gelatinisation (>95%) our Suprex flour is particularly suitable for making batters with excellent cohesion properties, even in low dosages.
